Negotiation as a Service

As a consultant, I can help a company with negotiations by providing guidance on strategy, tactics, and communication techniques. Whether as the primary negotiator or mentor, I analyze the company’s position, identify areas of leverage and risk, and develop a negotiation plan. I offer ongoing support, manage relationships with the other party, and facilitate communication to achieve a mutually beneficial agreement. My goal is to maximize the value of the deal while preserving relationships with partners and stakeholders.  This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Defining the goals and potential outcomes.
  • Conducting negotiations on behalf of the company with external parties.
  • Training and coaching of internal negotiators.
  • Contract review and drafting.
